As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of teams.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
After completing BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, candidates may choose to undertake BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Once students have completed BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, they will be able to seek employment as an Administrator or Project officer.

The mode of delivery for this course is predominately face-to-face (facilitated on-site delivery). However, due to COVID-19, online delivery is also available. Students are also required to complete the self-paced study (independent self-directed study) to complement classroom learning.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
RPL is the assessment process for recognizing competencies gained through previous learning, work and life experiences. Students who have completed any of the subjects or have practical experience that can be used for RPL, can contact Bright Minds Point prior to enrolment. In order to be granted RPL, candidates are required to provide evidence that they are already competent in the specific unit/units and this evidence should be valid, authentic, current and sufficient.
