Course Description:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources

After completing BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, candidates may choose to undertake BSB51918 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
Employment Pathway:
Once students have completed the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, they will be able to seek employment as an Administrator or Project officer.

Mode of delivery for this course is predominately face-to-face (facilitated on-site delivery). Students are also required to complete the self-paced study (independent self-directed study) to complement classroom learning.
Course Entry Requirements:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
RPL is the assessment process for recognizing competencies gained through previous learning, work and life experiences. Students who have completed any of the subjects or have practical experience that can be used for RPL, can contact Bright Minds Point prior to enrolment. In order to be granted RPL, candidates are required to provide evidence that they are already competent in the specific unit/units and this evidence should be valid, authentic, current and sufficient.
