Course Description:
This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including executive officers, program consultants and program coordinators. Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings, but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.

After completing BSB50215 Diploma of Business, candidates may choose to undertake BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business or higher business related qualifications such as Bachelor of Business to enhance their skills set further.
Employment Pathway:
Once students have completed the BSB50215 Diploma of Business, they will be able to seek employment as a business manager or may begin a business venture in an industry of their own selection.

Mode of delivery for this course is predominately face-to-face (facilitated on-site delivery). Students are also required to complete the self-paced study (independent self-directed study) to complement the classroom learning.
Course Entry Requirements:
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
RPL is the assessment process for recognizing competencies gained through previous learning, work and life experiences. Students who have completed any of the subjects or have practical experience that can be used for RPL, can contact Bright Minds Point prior to enrolment. In order to be granted RPL, candidates are required to provide evidence that they are already competent in the specific unit/units and this evidence should be valid, authentic, current and sufficient.
