Course Description:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals with significant experience in a senior administrative role who are seeking to develop expertise across a wider range of business functions.
The qualification is suited to individuals who possess significant theoretical business skills and knowledge and wish to consolidate and build pathways to further educational or employment opportunities.

After completing BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business, candidates may choose to undertake higher level qualifications at a tertiary education provider.
Employment Pathway:
Once students have completed the BSB60215 Advanced Diploma of Business, they will be able to seek employment in a leadership role such as Senior Administrator, Senior Executive, Business Manager or Team Leader.

Mode of delivery for this course is predominately face-to-face (facilitated on-site delivery). Students are also required to complete the self-paced study (independent self-directed study) to complement classroom learning.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
RPL is the assessment process for recognizing competencies gained through previous learning, work and life experiences. Students who have completed any of the subjects or have practical experience that can be used for RPL, can contact Bright Minds Point prior to enrolment. In order to be granted RPL, candidates are required to provide evidence that they are already competent in the specific unit/units and this evidence should be valid, authentic, current and sufficient.
