Student Enrolment Process

If you are an international or domestic student interested in studying at Bright Minds Point, simply follow the step-by-step guides detailed below.

Five Step Enrolment process

Step One: Course Selection

Choose a course you would like to study. Carefully read the relevant course information and make sure that you meet all entry requirements.
All prospective students must also read the required information provided in the Student Handbook.

Step Two: Enrolment Form

Download and complete the Enrolment Form.

Step Three: Supporting Documentation

Bright Minds Point will contact you once Bright Minds Point assessed your enrolment application to request any relevant enrolment paperwork including copies of qualifications, identification documents and pre-enrolment evaluation form.

Step Four: Letter of Offer and Enrolment Agreement

Bright Minds Point may contact you to verify details and notify you of the success of your application upon reviewing your enrolment application and relevant paperwork.  If your application is successful, you will receive a Student Enrolment Agreement that will include the details of the course you have applied for and details of course fees and refund policies.

To complete the enrolment process the student must sign the Enrolment Agreement and pay the required upfront fees. The upfront fees may include tuition fees, an application fee, relevant material fee, non-refundable deposits and compulsory health insurance cover fee (if requested). The Letter of Offer will include all the payment details.  You can submit your Enrolment Agreement either by email, mail/post or in person:

Complete and scan your Enrolment Agreement. Attach the scanned file to an email and send to:

Mail your Enrolment Agreement to:

Submit your Enrolment Agreement to the reception desk at our Head Office in Bankstown, NSW

The first payment can be made by direct deposit, credit card, EFTPOS, telegraphic transfer or bank cheque.
If you are making an electronic payment, please provide proof of payment to Bright Minds Point via email.

The student identified within this Letter of Offer must not pay any money to Bright Minds Point prior to reading all relevant information as listed below and signing each page of the Enrolment Agreement.

Bright Minds Point reserves the right to withdraw course offers at any time. The decision to withdraw an offer may be based upon any of the following circumstances:

  • Insufficient or inaccurate information supplied by an applicant or party acting on behalf of an applicant;
  • questionable or misleading documentation supplied as evidence of English proficiency or academic history;
  • at the discretion of Bright Minds Point management as course offerings and eligibility requirements may be subject to change.

Step Five: Confirmation of Enrolment (COE)

Once Bright Minds Point receives the student’s signed Enrolment Agreement and first payment, the student (or the student’s representative) will be sent a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).  If you are an international student, you can take this CoE to any Australia Embassy or Consulate to apply for a student visa.

The student must organise the student’s health cover, either through Bright Minds Point or another approved provider.

Please note that Bright Minds Point will not accept the student’s payment until Bright Minds Point receives the student’s signed Enrolment Agreement.
